  1. That’s a cool infographic. I would have loved it more if you could talk about the infographic in bit detail giving tips and suggestions.

    1. If you plan on doing this then I would recommend splitting them into separate days. Perhaps upper body one day, then lower body the next. You could even split them even further. Just remember that your diet and rest also has a big impact on your results.

      With these exercises, I would do an upper/lower body split. So for example, Monday you would work your upper body, Tuesday you would work your lower body. You could then alternate upper and lower throughout the week.

      Just make sure to have a rest day too. 🙂
