How I Work as a Strength Coach and Educate Powerlifters and Weightlifters
Usually I consume a Legion pre workout beverage and Performix pre workout. Both are simple in ingredient profiles such as citrulline, caffeine, beta-alanine, and creatine. I’ve learned those high stimulant based pre workouts just crash the body and had more negative impacts to my lifting than beneficial.

How I Become Stronger and Leaner After a Decade of Bodybuilding
For supplements, I take a pea/rice protein powder once a day and five grams of creatine per day. I also just started taking a homemade, stimulant-free preworkout in the morning that consists of 10 grams of beet root powder, eight grams of citrulline malate and two grams of taurine along with a cup of coffee. It tastes absolutely terrible but the pumps are legit!

Before hitting the gym, I’ll be sure to get in a meal or 2, then take some pre-workout or make my own (creatine, citrulline, beta-alanine, BCAAs, and my favorite…Agmatine Sulfate). Or take a product that has all of them.

If I really want to supplement before the cardio, I can take BCAA and creatine! Before weight training and if I really want to use supplements, I take coffee and citrulline, but apart from proteins I don’t take these supplements intensively!
