This company are bloody dodgy and need to be avoided at all costs I paid for a free trial of Alphia Titan Testo only they charged me for Titan No2 which I did not ask for, do the same as me and contact your bank and cancel the card that they took your money from because as LEE said he cancelled but they still took money out of his bank account.
They answered my email after me sending 4 to cancel an account that I did not ask for (SO WHY ASSUME I WANTED ONE) because it is a scam and luckily I found this site saying you will end up with an account that has to be cancelled before the trial period ends.
I found this product while I was on GOOGLE and a famous person advised us it was brilliant product so how did they manage that because it has vanished now, they have told me the account has now been cancelled so I will not receive any more charges but because I do not trust these scammers I cancelled my bank card which is a pain in the neck but it is the only way to stop these thieves from taking more money from you.
Judging by some of the reviews they also did not realise they had been given an account and did not check their bank account and have really been ripped of with a lot of money
Had money go out my bank for a trial that was cancelled yet they still carry on taking money (£89.21). They state it’s to cover the trial cost. I’ve rang the bank who are refunding the money and going down the fraud route. Each payment (including trial and postage) has been taken under a different trading name. This company is a scam and full of shit. Contact your bank and they will see that something isn’t right. No websites whatsoever for the many trading names.
They got me too. Luckily my credit card company thought one of the transactions was fraudulent and spoke to me directly about it. The upshot was a cancellation of a payment by the bank. I also spoke to a customer services rep at alpha Titan products ltd on 03308087657. After initially offering me a 50% reduction on my trial I informed them that my credit card fraud department would be in touch with them, and magically I was suddenly offered 100% refund. So – a result, but the website is totally misleading, as my payment was only supposed to cover the cost of postage. But once they’ve got your details you’re suckered in. Full marks to my bank, zero marks to alpha Titan ltd.
This company is full of shit avoid at all costs, even after contacting my bank and having payments stopped they just go under another company name and try again. ITS A COMPLETE SCAM. Do not use.
phone your credit card provider & cancel future payment ! if it continues cancel /change card ?
My boyfriend asked me to order a trial pack from this company. It was £3.99 + shipping. Received the pills and he’s never even tried one as I’ve told him personally I wouldn’t take it. Since then I’ve had another transaction for £4.99 and most recently a transaction yesterday of £97.45!!!!!!!. No more pills received though! My bank refunded me the £4.99 but will not refund me £97.45 without a full fraud investigation. The bank has also said the 2 transactions are all linked to the £3.99 purchase from this company and it is very likely that they will keep taking money every month. I now have to close my account as they keep using different companies to take money out of my account.
Please stay away!!! Bank also said if full investigation is done and it is found that in the terms conditions the future transactions/subscription are outlined and because I’ve accepted the terms and conditions I will have a false fraud claim on my records!! I’ve emailed this company and demanded a refund. I would be very surprised if I receive a penny of them!
