I ordered this for a friend who did not have a credit card and it was clear to me that it was a scam as soon as I received the package. I tried to browse the website for information but there is a lack of it.
When you call to cancel the order, it is quite difficult to do so. Although they claim on their website that they make it easy for us but this is far from the truth. When you try to cancel they still try to sell the product. It takes so long to actually get to the cancelling and they are very confusing. You need to write a certain number on the package so that they will stop billing you but when the operator says the number they are very fast and unclear and it was hard to write down. They make you listen to an entire message about promotions and their product just to listen to that number again, I still don’t know after 3 times of listening to it because the voice is that unclear and fast. They also don’t cover the cost of shipping back this item. All in all this company is a TOTAL SCAM!!
The product does not do what it claims to do. The toll free numbers are constantly busy. Obviously, no intention ofbacking the product. Only continuing to bilk those who have fallen for the scam
I called ALFA FORCE just to ask if I can send them a check since they dont accept prepaid credit card ,I feel lucky for not falling to their scam and I say this because on my conversation with their rep I was treated with no respect ,rep was kind of rude ,not pleasant at all ,I wonder where their call center is located ,these days lots of companies farm out customer service anywhere for saving mighty $$$
Avoid this Product- this company does not stand up to their product and is very ambiguous to their responsibilities to customers. Firstly I order product beginning of Dec/16 pay shipping / handling, 2 weeks later I get charged over 242. Can., I see this and cancel by phone, 18 days later another charge goes through for 250. Can, this time I block my VISA seeing it is a total SCAM. Phone with no avail, hard to get through, etc. The Service Girl was nice and obvious she had been through this many times. AVOID THIS OFFER like the plague ; there are better and much cheaper products out there at your local fitness store. Man… did I ever get sucked in…be cautious, phone to cancel first,if in doubt cancel your card or block payee.
