Ginger-Goji Thick ‘n’ Smoothie



½ pear

1 cup frozen berries

2 Tbsp. goji berries (with a few removed for garnish)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 Tbsp. psyllium husks (or chia or flax seeds)¼ avocado

Dash of sea salt and ginger powder ½ cup spinach leaves (optional) 1 to 2 cups water, depending on your preferred consistency Place everything in a blender and blend on high until smooth.* Enjoy! Makes 1 smoothie *Note: If you like your smoothies sweeter, add a little stevia before blending.
