Sergi Constance is a Spanish born fitness model who has become incredible famous in a short space of time.
Like many men who first visit the gym, Sergi initially wanted to build size and strength. However, once he saw his body change he quickly became addicted.
“I always played a lot of sports and to get in better physical condition I started training in the gym. I had bodybuilding in my blood and gradually focused on being an athlete in what was now my favourite sport. Learning and improving step by step to try to get the best body possible.”
While studying for his Bachelors Degree in Sports Science and Physical Activity, he started to compete in various bodybuilding events.
This soon led to him being offered the chance to work as a WBFF PRO Muscle Model.
With his popularity rising on social media and with various modelling jobs to undertake Sergi must work hard almost constantly to maintain his body.
He now resides in Miami, working as a fitness model, trainer and entrepreneur.
