Hi! Tell us about yourself and your training
Hi! I’m Jason Luv, a social media influencer and model, I am from Lafayette Louisiana but I reside in Miami FL.
I love being able to adjust and master my physique through hard work and dedication.
Describe a typical day of training
A typical day for me, I wake around 6:30 a.m. stretch then eat breakfast around 6:45 a.m. followed but a quick jog around my surrounding area. I’ll then drink a protein shake and head over to the gym. followed by a check up with my assistants.
My favorite exercise is hack squats. I have high intensity workouts, so I don’t do much cardio aside from basketball.
I love having a gym companion because it can surpass your standard limitations when with someone to help spot.
Inside my fitness bag you’ll find two knee braces, gloves, patellar straps, a high altitude mask, pre workout packs and a jar of peanut butter.
How do you keep going and push harder?
How do I keep going, it’s simple, I always strive to be better than I was on yesterday and in order to accomplish that feat one must keep pressing forward regardless if you wanna quit or not.
Well, I stand 6’5” tall so I’d say packing size on my legs seems a bit of a challenge.
How are you doing today and what does the future look like?
How am I doing today?
Today, I’m doing phenomenal, I’m a bit sore from working chest today but, overall I feel superb. as for the future I am going to start competing for physic in the near set of the future once my modeling company is self sustaining.
Honestly, I would not change anything I’m grateful for my current physique.
How do you recover, rest and handle injuries?
How I handle recovery, it’s simple, stay hydrated and as for the aches, I make certain I get my adequate rest every night.
I sleep from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. so 10 hours per day.
How is your diet and what supplements do you use?
How do I diet, well, I don’t really diet, I just don’t eat any junk food and I don’t eat after 8 p.m. ever, by doing that I minimize putting a negative weight.
Well, when I go to events I’ll eat at home responsibly forehand and when offered those snacks I kindly decline. I have one or two drinks sometimes, but it will be straight on the rocks, no sugar additives.

What has inspired and motivated you?
What has inspired me, well, I was in the Marine Corps for seven years and the level of self discipline stuck with me through out my adulthood and is now hard wired into my brain. I couldn’t phantom waking up and not working out, my muscle fibers would itch.
Best advice I received was don’t stare at the mirror so much, change will come with dedication.
Advice for other people who want to improve themselves?
Advice for other people, well, first things first, doubt kills. Don’t look at what another person is doing better than you, Instead focus on making your weaknesses your new found strengths.
Wake up, eat and start each day as though it will be the groundbreaking day at the gym that will catapult you onto the road of that healthy body you’re aiming for.
Are you taking on clients right now?
At this point in my life, I am not taking clients as i’m just focusing on my agency and my personal growth.
However, some people would ask me questions like “How do I put on your type of size while staying lean?” I always say it: That’s with your strictness to your plan, if you want to attain anything positive, you must stand firm to your goals and don’t sway off.
